By accessing or using RecycleVAR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.
RecycleVAR is a B2B marketplace that connects IT hardware buyers and sellers. We provide a platform for listing inventory, searching for parts, and facilitating communication between members. RecycleVAR is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
To use certain features, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be authorized to represent the company you register on behalf of.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your inventory listings, including part numbers, descriptions, conditions, and pricing. RecycleVAR does not verify or guarantee the accuracy of any listing. You must have the legal right to sell any items you list.
All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. RecycleVAR does not process payments, handle shipping, or guarantee any transaction. Disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved between the parties involved.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain ownership of content you upload to RecycleVAR. By uploading inventory data, you grant RecycleVAR a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that data within the marketplace. The RecycleVAR platform, branding, and technology are our proprietary property.
RecycleVAR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
